Kolosis BIO, a privately-held pure-play orthobiologics company, announced today the relocation of its global headquarters to the historic Seed Building in downtown Salt Lake City.
“We are excited to expand our presence in Salt Lake City and make the historic Seed Building our global headquarters,” said Maxwell Hunter, COO at Kolosis. “Securing this facility will provide the company with important space to expand its operations, an exceptional work environment for our team, and a terrific setting to host sales partners and caregivers from around the country.”
The Seed Building is located a block from the Salt Lake Rio Grande Depot, originally built in 1910, and a hub for commerce and travelers to the Salt Lake Valley throughout the 20th century. The Seed Building was built in 1917 and supported the local farming community by providing access to out-of-state agricultural products needed to support the growing population in the valley.
