Lia began her journey with Kolosis in January 2025 as a Marketing Intern and stepped into a full-time role as Associate Marketing Manager in August 2025.

Lia graduated from the University of Utah with a Bachelor of Science in Health and Kinesiology. Before moving into marketing, Lia gained operating room experience as a surgical intern, observing cases and developing a strong foundation in healthcare. She now brings that insight, along with a passion for innovative marketing and brand growth, to her work at Kolosis.
