Tim joined Kolosis in May 2025 as Chief Financial Officer and is responsible for leading the company’s financial strategy, planning, and infrastructure. He oversees all aspects of finance and accounting, ensuring Kolosis is positioned for scalable, long-term growth.

Tim brings over two decades of executive leadership in finance, operations, and information systems. Before joining Kolosis, he served as COO at Alder Holdings. There, he helped grow the business from a single-entity startup to a $500 million international enterprise spanning software, hardware manufacturing, and global BPO operations. His work included building enterprise-level financial systems and implementing international IT infrastructure to support growth.

Tim holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Utah.
