The Regional Sales Manager is primarily responsible for the recruitment and ongoing support of the Kolosis independent field salesforce. This leader is expected to become a technical expert in the field of orthobiologics and provide astonishing levels of responsiveness to both external and internal colleagues and partners. The RSM will develop a strategic plan to maximize the performance of their geography while meeting or exceeding annual sales goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant sales experience
• Spine sales experience in the OR ideal
  Demonstrated success hunting for new customers
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Ability to travel weekly; weekends for select meetings
