Max has served as COO of Kolosis since May 2021 and is responsible for the company’s operations and finance performance. Since joining Kolosis, Max has architected the company’s sales ops organization, providing our sales partners with industry leading analytics and field support.

Max brings nearly twenty years of analytics, finance, and sales-ops management expertise to Kolosis having held C-level positions in a number of fast-growing, complex sales organizations within the aerospace, commercial real estate, banking, and communications industries.

Max received a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Air Force Academy and a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Utah.
